Hands on experience on DCT Billing is mandatory.
- AINS Preferred.
- Must have experience in Personal Lines. Commercial lines is a plus.
- Strong experience in Billing – Account Plans, Pay Plans, Invoices, Billing Cycle, Commissions, Pay methods.
- Exposure on Automation Tools such as TAC
- Should be able to prepare test cases independently.
- Should be able to execute test cases independently.
- Must have overall view of Policy - DCT Rating, Policy Forms.
- Must know the workflow to create, bind and issue a policy.
- Must know how to use basics of Example Author, Example Util, Data tester
- Must know how to interpret rating Excel sheets (Excel Rater).
- Must have communicated to a Business Analyst in the current role to understand requirements independently.
- Must understand technical jargons in DCT while discussing with technical leads.
- Must understand XML structure.
- Must know how to query SQL databases and perform simple SELECT operations.

Roles:
Must know Outlook, Word , Excel, Power point.
- Must know how to prepare daily status, how to report bugs in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.
- Must have worked in Agile – and hence understand, Epics, Features and UserStories and how test execution happens in Agile.
- Must know how to t rack and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
