Strong knowledge of financial and Management processes - should be able to understand the IT architecture and develop the planning approximation and final estimates for large programs, formulate requirements management plans.
Strong IT background - to work closely with the architects and technical teams, to oversee the design specifications and testing stages - knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologies including Agile
Strong to expert skills in MS Access, to perform data analysis; RBDMS skillsets are desired.
Strong experience with Data Governance and Security, Privacy/HIPAA, Mandates etc.
Healthcare project experience is required.
SalesForce, HL7 and JSON experience is highly recommended.
