Skills Required:
- Total 8-12 years of work experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce cloud for operation Implementations
- 4+ years' understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions in SFDC / MC and Project Management
- Strong and proven experience of implementing Sales cloud / Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud (including Jigsaw), Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud (including Chatter), Analytics Cloud, App Cloud
- Experience in Einstein Analytics / SMS implementation would be added advantage
- Has good knowledge on US Localization features, multi dimension financial reporting
- Has experience on Integration of Salesforce for operations with other applications and CRM
- Must have expertise knowledge & experience on Project Management
- Awareness on reporting tools added advantage
- Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products
- Confident and possesses effective communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and confident in delivering the solution independently
