JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Skills:

?        Current developer certification in the relevant platform (i.e.Demandware, Magento, or Hybris) or ability to obtain such certification within3 months of hire.

?        Expert in developing web applications for the relevant focus (i.e.Front-End or Back-End) and platform (i.e. Demandware, Magento, Hybris, etc.)

?        Proficientin managing the administration of the relevant platform (i.e. Demandware,Magento, hybris, etc.)

?        Currentdeveloper certification in the relevant platform (i.e. Demandware, Magento, orHybris).

?        Proficientin using and managing version control through Git including planning &creating branches, and performing merges.

?        Proficientin merging JavaScript including relevant libraries.

?        Proficientin effectively document complex functionality in code and documentation.

?        Abilityto follow, enforce, and help define development standards.

?        Solidunderstanding of Object Oriented concepts.

?        Solidunderstanding of the MVC paradigm.

?        Strongproblem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking.

?        Strongcommunication skills verbal and written (documentation, code, email, etc.)

?        Strongrelationship building and interpersonal skills.
