Required Skills

• A minimum of seven years of experience working as an Oracle DBA
• Seven years of experience with Oracle RDBMS
• Experience working with Oracle RDBMS running on RHEL and AIX
• Oracle RDBMS using both ASM and filesystems
• RMAN backups and recovery
• Oracle Enterprise Manager installation, configuration, and use
• Oracle Data Guard
• Experience performing data migrations using Export/Import
• Automation and/or scripting experience
• Strong command of Oracle RDBMS security model
• Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS SQL optimizer/engine

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with SQL Server or Postgres
• Proficiency with Ansible, VMWare VRA/VRO
• Capacity planning skills
• Use of enterprise job scheduling software, such as Control/M
• Deployment and management of Oracle RDBMS in a public cloud provider, such as Azure
• Monitoring instrumentation and alerting
