10-15+ years of SAP experience, specific familiarity with S/4HANA 1909+

o             Multiple end-to-end lifecycle implementations with deep design experience

o             Leadership roles (Process lead, Design lead, etc)

-              Require separate candidates to cover one of the following areas in terms of functional experience: 

o             Procurement (Procure-to-pay) – direct and indirect

o             Finance (Record-to-report) – including planning & consolidation beyond CFIN

o             Manufacturing (Make-to-deploy) – including Manufacturing Excellence, EWM and Plant Maintenance

-              Within each functional area, require experience in process design, configuration and creating functional specifications of typical customizations

o             Should understand integration with other functional areas

o             Scope and sizing of effort and impacts

-              Industry experience - Consumer packaged goods

-              Workshop facilitation, structured messaging and PowerPoint skills are a must
