Skill set

·         Functional Knowledge on INV, OM, Release Management (Oracle RLM), Shipping Execution, setting up Trading partners, EDI Mappings Assist Business, Trading Partners and end users to provide resolutions & suggesting solutions.

·         Should have experience in writing requirement documents, functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues.

·         Liaison between Oracle ERP application team & EDI Team.

·         Able to understand the TP onboarding requirements & coordinate with all stakeholders to successful implementation.

·         Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.

·         Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support Excellent communication Skills.
