Job Description: 

Essential Duties:

·         Play a senior role in the analysis, design and development efforts in the Oracle  

·         Collaboration with business and other team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, Testers and Production Support Analysts) to produce scalable, efficient and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies

·         Provide guidance and ensure offshore development delivery and quality while completing development onsite for appropriate tasks.

·         Demonstrate ability to work through/around blocking events

Required Skills: 

·         Must have at least 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS

·         Experience with Oracle OPM Financials 11i version experience is a must

·         Should have worked on preparation of configuration documents, Functional design documents for the upgrade activities

·         Navigate the client through the best way to change standards, shrinks/losses, guide on how to do mass changes  

·         Knowledge transfer, templates, and training a junior resources

·         Knowledge on formula, batches, recipes, PPM finance accounting, month end / year close process

·         Able to do mock closer in a periodic manner and identify the issues in advance & solve

·         Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.

·         Must possess strong leadership skills
