Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 2 E2E SAP implementations. S/4HANA embedded TM or side-by-side implementation experience is preferred
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum of 10+ Years' experience in a progressive responsibility expanding capability with focus in area of implementing & supporting SAP TM or solutions in Logistics and Transportation planning & Execution.
- Must have project experience in design & configuration of transportation network, planning profiles, cost functions, and use of optimizer BAdI's for planning and carrier selection.
- Must have experience in design and configuration of planning and carrier selection using the SAP TM Optimiser engine specifically (VSR, VSS, and TSPS).
- Must have design and configuration experience of TCM for actual cost-based carrier selection.
- Integration with SAP and non-SAP third party systems for order integration.
- Must have worked on SAP S/4 HANA Embedded TM
- Must have worked on very complex SAP TM Enhancements
- Should have knowledge in SAP TM Master Data Management Product, Business Partner, Dangerous goods Transportation network (locations, routes and zones) Resources (Vehicles, trailers, Handing units)
- Work with the TM Solution Lead to design and development of following scenarios:
a. TM/EWM Direct Integration
b. Multi-Stage Operations
c. Freight Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement
d. Shipper Integration with Freight Forwarders
Nice to Have Skills:
- Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Up-to date with SAP innovations
- Certified in SAP S/4 HANA TM Consultant
- Exposure to integration technologies including IDOC, ALE, RFC, PI and WebServices
- Exposure to BOPF Application Framework, WebDynpro
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Ability to debug ABAP
- Integration with other SAP modules
- Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure transportation network, planning settings, and transportation cockpit for Optimiser based planning and carrier selection in SAP TM
- Collaborate with basis teams on setting up optimizer profile and runtimes
- Author functional specs for development objects and work closely with technical team to complete developments
- Co-ordinate with multiple business stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design
- Create test scripts, execute test scripts during IT, and guide business testing during UAT
- Motivated candidates with good communication skills & fluent English
- Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/issues.
