Position Description:
This position leads and coordinates testing activities for the LoyaltyProgram for Bath & Body Works Direct. Specifically, this test lead will bethe main contact for all program acceptance testing by working with Stores,App, Web, and other business partners. The primary responsibility forthis role is to build, coordinate, and execute test plans and identify specificareas of focus by working with internal and external teams. He/she willcreate a detailed timeline for business acceptance tests across the variousbusiness teams and report to the project leadership. It will involvefacilitation of test case documentation and building out a strategy tocommunicate defects raised across multiple teams in order to make the executionas barrier-free as possible.
The Test Lead will work in partnership with the ProjectManager, Business Analyst, Test Analyst and other cross functional teams tocreate test cases supported by requirements as defined by the business. He/shewill lead the test execution and defect logging/prioritization efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in all testingactivities from creation of user accounts to partnering with cross-functionalbusiness teams to fully validate program. The Test Lead will report status toproject leadership regularly and will own the identification and escalation ofany issues or risks for the testing work stream.
The Test Lead will use tools such as Jira/Confluence as wellas other tools to track defects and statuses.
Test cases written across all teams may be housed inExcel. Experience with loyalty testing and ecommerce testing isrecommended. Experience leading and coordinating acceptance testingacross multiple business units is a plus.
PositionQualifications
� Experience in project coordination/projectmanagement in conjunction with QA is desired.
