Tableau Power BI SQL

1. Analyze the current reports to identify the lineage from data to reports

2. Work with the business to understand the business process and map out the process to data requirements

3. Work closely with EDW partners to translate the reporting requirements into data requirements

4. Work with the data stewards to define the data elements and the metrics

5. Align the business and technology stakeholders and drive conversations to drive alignment on data definitions

6. Create detailed requirements for the data teams, capturing functional and non functional requirements

7. Work with the EDM (Enterprise Data Management) team to align the solution to the data governance standards

8. Build and maintain a good relationship with business and IT partners

9. Working with stakeholders to develop the report wireframe for business to review and approve

10. Provide inputs and guidance to the data teams on solution design

11. Work closely with the QA team to ensure adequate coverage of test cases and guide on testing approaches

12. Coordinate across the EDW and EIA teams on the data needs for various types of testing

13. Engage with the business users to ensure successful completion of user acceptance testing

14. Work closely with the report developers to build out the reports based on wireframes, and define report availability and performance SLAs

15. Cater communication around complex technical problems and solutions to audiences ranging from business users to data and technology teams

Required skills

1. Advanced SQL skills

2. Experience with informatica PowerCenter to be able to understand the code and break down the logic

3. Experience creating wireframes and interacting with business users

4. Experience working on AWS, snowflake

5. Experience building reports in Tableau, Power BI or a similar tool

6. Experience with Looker is a plus

7. Good knowledge of consumer finance business

8. Strong verbal/ written communication skills
