JOB DISCRIPTION:

Job requires efficiency in both technical as well as management fields. Responsible for planning, setting targets and deliverables, making decisions to resolve customer concern on time. Expected to take proactive and effective steps in case of critical issue, solely responsible to maintain project quality and standards.

Around 10 years of experience to support large scale platform for Web application/platform.

Understands different programming languages tool .Net/Java, Angular, and databases.

Understanding of CI/CD pipeline

Deep understanding of Cloud AWS Platform

Experience in troubleshooting, software development and support processes and ability to understand and implement customer requirements.

Ability to communicate effectively with teams and customer

Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution

Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence

Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
