Communicate with users to understand requirements and needs
o Create project documentation (technical design documents, test cases)
o Work with local development team/factories to produce new and improved systems
o Execute Shakedown and System Integrated Testing
o Support QA/Business Line during the QA and UAT project phases
o Create deployment plans in conjunction with the Project Manager
o Support production deployment and post-production support and monitoring
o Train and educate others in the team on the new developments
- Must Have
o Credit Card/Debit Card Industry knowledge, special emphasis on Credit Card regulation and compliance.
o Must be proficient in Mainframe Cobol, JCL, VSAM
o Ability to perform analysis, research, design, coding, testing, and implementation (full development cycle).
o Must be proficient in SQL
o Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
o Strong analytical and communication skills
