Role :- Systems/Support Admin

Location :- Collegeville PA (Work Remote till Covid)

Role Description              Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and backup for enterprise wide systems. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve or recommend solutions. Create and manage system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures. Create patches and updates as needed. Participate in the definition and implementation of system components including new servers, hardware, software and upgrades. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot operating systems. Must possess solid knowledge of operating systems and networking hardware and software. 2 years of experience functioning in a Systems Administrator capacity is required.

Salesforce support role. Provide assistance on tools (Salesforce/Sales Enablement) to meet business and user needs. Tier 1 Support of User Community by engaging users through mailbox support. Ability to multi-task. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on multiple tools and technology. Onboarding and termination users on multiple platforms. Development and maintenance of user documentation and test scripts for Commercial tools. Escalation of software, hardware, and connectivity issues to IT and Commercial Management as appropriate. Experience with CRM and Mobile Technology preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Preferred experience supporting Sales or Marketing professionals. No travel, weekend, on call, off hours, or overtime.
