Job Description:
- Motivated self-driven developer. Will be spending majority of time working on back-log items.
- Architect and design software through all development life cycles
- Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and unit test new and existing software applications.
- Work with company leadership to obtain requirements.
- Assist customer service representatives with escalated service calls.
- Participate in daily standup meetings.
- Participate as needed in paired programming efforts.
- Participate in team problem solving discussions
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Required and desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Java software development.
- 5+ years of experience in Angular development
- 5+ years of experience in web application development.
- 5+ years of development experience on java applications.
- 4+ years of experience in modern MVC development.
- 4+ years of database design and SQL development.
- Experience with technologies including but not limited to
- Hibernate
- JPA
- REST web services
- Tomcat
- JavaScript
- MicroServices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
