- The role of the cyber security engineer demands technical skill, superior customer service and the ability to communicate at various levels.
- As a member of the IAM SAP Security Team, you will primarily be working through SAP Access Request and Role Creation tickets submitted by Business and IT Partners.
- You will work to fulfill access needs and troubleshoot access issues throughout the SAP Environment.
- A thorough understanding of SAP Security/User Administration principles is required as is a customer service-oriented mindset.

Duties include the following:
- Perform User Administration Functions:
- Role assignment
- ID creation
- User Master Record Maintenance Activities
- Perform User Access Troubleshooting
- Building roles and profiles in ECC, BW, HANA, BOBJ, GRC, Solution Manager, CRM, SAP Portal and cloud-based applications like SAP Cloud Platform.
- Enforce policies and procedures including, but not limited to, change control and SOX controls. Accountable in the proper implementation of these policies, procedures, and controls.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of SAP Authorization Concept
- Knowledge and Experience with Identity and Access Management Principles (Least privilege, role-based access control, etc)
- SAP Security Experience in both ABAP and JAVA systems
- Experience working within a large, complex Enterprise SAP environment with multiple landscapes, clients, and SIDs
- Ability to use core SAP Security Tcodes to assign access to users (SU01, SU10, PFCG, ect) and troubleshooting Tcodes (SUIM, ST01, SM20, etc)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in ECC, BW, GRC, SOLMAN, BOBJ, Native HANA and S/4 HANA systems, SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience/Familiarity with One Identity
- Experience/Familiarity with ServiceNow
Required Education:
· A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Education:
· Has completed SAP Security Training (ADM 940/950)
· Professional certifications in SAP Security.
