Should be able to demonstrate SharePoint online experience with a good handle on SPFx development.Very Good understanding Typescript and React JS is mandatory for this role.Should know how to develop a custom spfx webpart, debug, deploy at site collection level / Tenant level, versionioning the package, bundling features into a package.Should have an understanding of SharePoint search api and should be able to articulate how to enhance the search experience for the modern sites. Should have configured pnp search web parts, should understand how to add refiners, know what are crawled properties and managed properties, how to promote a column to be made visible under search.Should know when to use CSOM, Graph and pnp jsShould have knowledge of using PnP powershell.Should have knowledge on Fabric UI controlsScenario -Assume a Azure SQL table. A spfx webpart should be developed which can connect to the SQL table. The users should be able to perform search for records, edit a fetched record and save it back to the table. if the candidate can have a sample developed prior to the interview on their personal tenant and walkthrough their sample, explain the way it was developed, how it is packaged - will be selected based on the knowledge they show around articulating the work done.
