What skills/attributes are a must have?

5 years of experience inSpring-based Java Web development (2 or more years in Web & 2 or more yearsin Batch)
5 years of experience in Eclipse and WAS
4 years of database experience
2 years of UNIX experience
Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience


What skills/attributes are nice to have?
2 years of Oracle experience
Familiarity with Python, Ruby and any other scripting languages
Experience working with on shore and off shore teams
Health care industry experience
