•    Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms).

•    Experience in Perl/Python scripting.

Description:

•    Bachelors/master’s in bioinformatics or related discipline.

•    5+ years of work experience.

•    Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)

•    Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms)

•    Experience in Perl/Python scripting

•    Experience is Unix/Linux environment

•    Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC.

•    Ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary teams.
