Job Description:

Day to day management of the Ops applications. 75% of the Ops portfolio are Third party solutions and a significant portion don’t have available documentation and CSA does not support them

Systems Analyst needed to support the Operations Application Portfolio. This role will own a set of application from a technical perspective and will be required to technically understand how the applications work from an architecture, infrastructure, and information security perspective. Application support background is a plus, specifically around the area of incidents and problem management. Good communication skills are a must as this role will be in constant communication with the line of business. PICO experience as well as banking experience are a bonus as this will accelerate the learning curve of the role.
