Job Responsibilities

•             Enterprise Test Lead for SAP, HCM and Dashboard applications

•             End to End Test Management covering different types of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression,  Automation and Performance Testing)

•             Managing team(s) in an onsite and offshore model

•             Stakeholder Management with PMO, Business and Development team

Skills required

·         Strong Test Management skills and experience of end-to-end testing life cycle

·         Strong experience in Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test planning and Test Coordination

·         Having a thorough knowledge and understanding of testing types- Integration testing, test automation, regression

·         Experience of working in Agile Environment and JIRA tool

·         Experience of understanding of SAP functional modules (FICO / SD / MM etc.) and integrations

·         Experience and understanding of SAP Test Automation and Performance Testing

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
