Detailed Job Description:

- Hands on experience configuring US payroll solutions that includes multi-states, various employee population (Exempt, Non-Exempt, Regular, Part-time), on-cycle, off-cycle payroll.

- Extensive experience executing payroll processes, writing payroll schemas, calculation rules, and Wagetype configuration

- Working knowledge of BSI Tax Factory, W2, Tax reporters.

- Good understanding of Time data requirement for payroll processing.

Must Have:

- SAP HCM Payroll expert with 10+ years of experience configuring and supporting US Payroll

- Extensive knowledge configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management(OM), Payroll, Benefits Modules for global population

- Real life experience working with US and global payroll teams to implement payroll solutions.
