I spoke with 2 people who work on the UNIX Team that I placed years ago, who converted to T. Rowe Price and are involved on the interviews:

Karen said she has been interviewing people for a few weeks and have filled 2 of the 4 jobs thus far.  She said to ensure they have experience with Exadata, SuperCluster and Shell Scripting.  These last 2 roles are to replace contractors that left who were doing most of the Exadata work.

Michael said both of those guys were on his team that left.  He believes they will not only need to have Exadata, but experience with VRealize (He uses Java and Powershell) as his team is currently doing a lot of coding and building of automation frameworks to replace legacy data.

I would not focus on CA UIM, Puppet or Ansible, but stick with RedHat Linux, Solaris, Exadata, Supercluster, Shell Scripting and maybe add VRealize for the icing on the cake. 

I know this job is tough, but we have very good relationships with this client.
