Summary The IABBB seeks a Web Developer to join our Technology team to support and build upon this cuttingedge, mission-driven organization. The Technology team welcomes applications from experienced and innovative web developers. This position provides development support for current software products and assists in the creation of new software products as requested.

Candidate must have experience with React, .NET languages and technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Write, unit test and implement code to build and/or maintain web applications and relational databases

• Analyze programming requests and develop best implementation options to meet objective

• Troubleshooting programs or system problems and implement solutions

• Ongoing studies to keep skills current

• Interact with other team members and contractors to adapt, modify, or refactor a development feature to meet/exceed both business and technical requirements

• Peer review team members’ pull requests for code quality

• Review, create and update documentation REQUIREMENTS:

● 3+ years professional experience with React

● 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript

● 3+ years professional experience with .NET

● Experience in architecting complex software systems

● Strong foundational knowledge of functional JavaScript

● Ability to take technical ownership of projects and playing a lead role in refactoring and upgrading applications and/or technically designing and architecting new products, systems and solutions ● Experience with Web API platforms and projects

● Ability to serve as a technical lead in managing integrations with 3rd party systems or vendors

● Experience mentoring more junior engineers

● Growth mindset (our goal is constant improvement)

● Great Slack & Email communication NICE TO HAVE:

• Proficiency in Angular and/or PHP

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Experience with high traffic/high performance web platforms

• Experience with web site accessibility
