Primary Skill : Microsoft Dynamics CRM (can consider SFDC/Siebel CRM res as well if strong understanding for CRM & willingness to work on Dynamics CRM if trained)
· *Strong 2 to 4 year experience in Dynamics CRM ,
· Managing the end-to-end testing of products from inception, requirement specification, planning, implementation, documentation and closure with cross-functional teams
· Working & developing "Continues Integration" Process for manual testing
· Monitoring testing activities for ensuring the quality and functionality of assigned systems; verifying timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle
· Preparing and designing the test strategy, test plans and test cases for all projects; reviewing activities such as requirements review, design review, test strategy review and test case review
· Recording software defects and providing thorough technical descriptions and evidence
· Implementing the different phase by formulating project plans, planning resources and administering issues arising due to scope creep or other technical/personnel matters
· Ensuring QA testing requirements are appropriately identified and included in the requirements
