JOB DETAIL

Job Description:

 

  • Experience in testing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
  • 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Hammer experience desired
  • Familiarity with IVR call flows
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment. 
  • Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
  • BDD Testing using Cucumber is a plus      
  • Sale Force experience is a plus
  • Health Care experience - preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Work with Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities
  • Validate IVR applications
  • Creates test scripts according to the business requirements.
  • Responsible for planning, creating and Executing testcases.
