Key Responsibilities:

-           Analyze and review sales plans, processes and policies, Recommend solutions for sales credit, compensation, reporting / analytics on Callidus

-           Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement

-           At least 3+ years of experience with hands-on implementation knowledge of Callidus

-           Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams

-           Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/ Lean Startup methodologies

Must haves:

-           7+ years of IT experience

-           A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field

-           Excellent documentation skill

-           Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
