• PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Purchasing a monitoring tool (either Ops Genie or PagerDuty) and this person will help implement/ manage the tool. 
•  
• REQUIRED SKILLS:
•  
• Experience implementing/ supporting network monitoring/ outage systems.
•  
• Must understand networking (wireless preferred) so they know what they are looking at and how to build the processes around
•  
• Must have experience implementing API integration around the tool.
•
