Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review sales plans, processes and policies, Recommend solutions for sales credit, compensation, reporting / analytics on Callidus
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
• At least 3+ years of experience with hands-on implementation knowledge of Callidus
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile/ Lean Startup methodologies

Must haves:

• 7+ years of IT experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
• Excellent documentation skill
• Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
