Requirement:

• 8-10 Years’ Experience as a Technical Dev Lead – Pls note we are NOT looking for very senior candidates with 15 or 20 years of experience.
• Technical Experience in technologies such as .NET, SQL and Azure
• Good to have knowledge in Cloud technologies, DevOps and CI/CD
• Work closely with Product management team in gathering requirements by understand existing product.
• POC for all the deliverables of onsite and offshore teams.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements, project plans.
• Manage project resource allocation, planning and scheduling.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Ensure that quality has been maintained in all the deliverables.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Work on project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Project Management, Planning, resource allocations, Tracking deliverables, Understand project risks, Coordination.
• Experience in handling large teams of 10 members.
• Expertise on Agile and Project Management tools.
