Oracle HCM Project Manager Top 3 skills:
1.Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 3 yrs of Functional experience on two of the Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo.
2. Worked on at least 2 end to end Oracle Cloud Implementation and Support projects.
3. Knowledge and experience of Oracle Unified Methodology and/or AGILE project management experience

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have Skills)
1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
2. Experience of Data Conversion project would be an added advantage.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be preferred but not manadatory
