Number of Openings: 1

Position Title: Lead Android Developer

Ideal Years of Experience: 5+ - may have some lead activities.

Top Requirements:

  • Kotlin – will help make design decisions, take on 60-40 dev/lead. Will help push best practices, help other’s QA code, help push offshore developer’s code to production.

Hiring Timeline: looking to bring in by late January

Which office will it sit in? remote, then Minneapolis

FB on Current Subs/Past pain points in hiring this type of resource: need to have the coding chops, will be doing some lead activities but primarily will be working on the codebase with offshore recruiters

  • Other Android Dev is great at managing but not hands on. New need needs to be 60/40 or 50/50 hands on & lead.
