Skills/Qualifications"
5+ years as a BA in either Manufacturing, Warehouse Management or Field Service environments preferable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decision
Knowledge of utilizing scrum/agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and sprint review processes to deliver solutions
Ability to ask strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems
Ability to document requirements formally or informally depending on the need of the project
Familiar with requirements techniques such as, user stories, use cases, and informal modeling.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
