SaaS HCM-Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle Payroll

Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud HCM consultant as Business Analyst, with an understanding of the overall HR processes and Integrations to help document the Requirements across multiple HCM systems – Oracle HCM Cloud ( Primary HCM Application), ADP HCM ( Replacing Custom HCM) and custom HCM system ( Retiring). ADP team will be sharing the Current state and Future state maps and This consultant shall be able to review the same with business team ( Interview/ Discuss) and detail out the Gaps etc and overall document the complete requirements along with the Azure technical integrations consultant.

The HR Processes that are included in this Project are - Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Time Keeping, onboarding & Offboarding, Core HR.

Candidate shall be aware of Oracle HCM API’s/ Rest API’s and worked on Integrations with external systems like Datawarehouse, Sub Ledger systems, Finance systems, External systems like ADP/ Plan providers, Recruitment p0rtals etc

This resource would be based out in US.

The initial Project duration is 2-3 Months and will be extended based on performance

This will be remote and candidate will have to interact with US based customer and India team.
