Job Description:
SAP CRM / CS Consultant
- SAP CRM / CS process knowledge with SAP SD also
- Integration with Different systems will be added advantage
- ECC and CRM Middleware Knowledge
- Good communication
- Rollout / Implementation experience
Role Description
- Demonstrate strong Functional skills within SAP CS (ECC) and CRM Service area
- Provide standard/near-standard Functional or domain process solution
- Client and CoE communication to gather requirements or analyze an issue
- Work independently, Follow standard template approach in solutioning
- Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in case of integration issues
