JOB DETAIL

 

Job Description

·         Provide leadership of Business program; and responsible for ensuring connectivity and consistency across the team

·         Provide direction on decision making across all business workstreams: Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, FP&A

·         Responsible for articulating the overall business strategy drivers and ensuring global alignment on strategic intent across all workstreams

·         Responsible for creating and operating the global design council as a vehicle for gaining consensus on decisions and acting on and follow up work to drive to decisions

·         Drive standardization in process along the lines of standard Oracle product with deviations only where really required.

·         Provide direction to leadership , where process needs to modify or where extension is a necessity

·         Collaborate closely with technology team/lead and participate in design reviews and working sessions

·         Oversight of workload and deliverables of the Business SME teams in relation to strategic decisions, process decisions and requirements sign off.

·         Facilitate and manage regular cadence of meetings to engage with Business Process Owners and SME’s  to communicate decisions and gain feedback on each workstream in relation to strategy, process and requirements.

·         Select and implement an industry recognized standard project management / agile framework with necessary checkpoints to drive completion of workstream design decisions.  For example: 

·         Ensure the right people are in the right workshops.  

·         Provide regular status updates to an agreed cadence to the right audience.  

·         Maintain a RAID/Kanban or other to track issues, risks, decisions and assumptions.

·         Partner w/ Leadership of Technology and Change Management tracks to identify and drive resolution to business impacts of solution

·         Oversight of end-to-end business processes documentation across all tracks

·         Qualifications: 

·         Knowledge of Oracle Cloud; Experience in Functional lead role; Business knowledge across end-to-end solution

·         Previous experience of multiple full scope ERP deployments, in role of similar scope & responsibility

·         Experience of operating a design council or architecture review board
