Leadership skills:
a. Candidates should have experience Leading and managing a product engineering team focused on custom applications development
b. Familiar with agile processes and their implementation having lead teams in an onshore and offshore model executing the same

Domain Expertise:
c. Should have prior experience in the retail domain preferably ecommerce
d. Ideal candidate will have experience building and shipping ecommerce features

Engineering skills:
We would prefer a candidate with familiarity with eBay’s core technology or someone with a technical background that can pick this up on short order. Background in software development (Java, NodeJS, Agile development practices etc.) would be useful.
