Detailed Job Description:
1. Service Management Responsible for the project tasks assigned
2. Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure
3. Manage queue effectively and allocate tasks to the team based on an allocation plan
4. Service Tracking Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set the tasks include incidents service requests identified problems Operational changes enhancements etc
5. Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality of deliverables
6. Service Execution Comply to defined process during task execution including problem management KEDB management etc
7. Knowledge Management Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
8. Provide complete KT to support teams before any production release
9. Working on the Incidents and service request, Problem, Change management in Digital application and adhere to SLA’s
