Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Sketch and InVision. 

• Work with internal stakeholders to create designs for new enterprise digital products following  our corporate design system and branding guidelines.

• Conduct design reviews of enterprise applications including mobile app and make recommendations on overall design direction and branding.

• Provide design support to many internal stakeholders throughout the different stages of product life cycles.    • Build consensus among internal stakeholders around visual design and information architecture. 

• Translate user stories into sitemaps, flows, wireframes and prototypes of user experiences.

• Use an evidence-based approach to deliver user experience and design concepts. 

• Work on projects independently throughout the entire design lifecycle: research, user experience design/information architecture, UI design, and post-implementation review. 

• Be familiar with, and stay current on, design best practices and standards.

• Work with developers to ensure design integrity through the development process

• Must – Cordinate with onsite design team independently for design deliverables.

• Ability to translate user research insights into design prototypes.

• Strong design skills and clear grasp of visual hierarchy; ability to produce clean, consistent user interface designs. 

• Strong knowledge of Information Architecture principles and best practices, and ability to create organized, intuitive interfaces. 

• Proven experience creating responsive design and mobile applications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and Agile development environment.
