•12-15 Years of SAP FICO Experience  with Design, customize, configure and testing 

• Experience in implementation, Rollout  and enhancements projects

• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting knowledge is critical

• Experience with onsite – offshore model for delivery

• Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication

• Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications, collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document

• Responsible for in-depth analysis of business demand changes, demand sorting, formulation of solutions, preparation of business blueprints and implementation in SAP system

• Cross-functional SAP integration points

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior resources.
