More than 9 years of experience as a business analyst/consultant in Life Sciences pharmacovigilance process
Working Knowledge of and/or exposure to the life sciences industry
Experience in pharmacovigilance process, current challenges and key developments
Should have expertise of technology trends in case intake and processing tools
Strong business analysis capability with relevant certifications
Proven experience of business analysis in a new product or system development engagement
Possession of working experience of SDLC cycle and the agile method of software development involving different tools/software platforms for requirements management, issues tracking etc
Ability to develop business case and make sales and pre-sales presentation to mid to senior-level management
Create effective presentation and Business process models Behavioral
Self-motivation and self-drive: the individual must have the drive to do things on his/her own without being supervised
Self-organizing: the individual must be able to manage his/her dependencies by proactively seeking out help/support, asserting the needs and working on the solution following the leads
