Responsible for the successful delivery of enhancements, reporting, data and configuration items owned by Billing & FICA team.
Will be responsible and expected to develop code using SAP ABAP and/or Oracle Rules language when/as needed
Serve as a liaison between business & technology teams to ensure that its requirements are fully understood.
Translate business requirements into technical/executable delivery units.
Identify and define customer requirements for RICEFW & configuration items in ISU/lodestar
Participate in joint application design sessions with the interfacing application teams to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration.
Update/create documentation (Business Process Designs, Functional Designs, Workflows)
Contribute to the short-term & long-term application strategy & architecture in alignment with the strategic business objectives.
Provide input for the assessments and direction for the selection of software platform additions, modifications &/or removal decisions.
Enforce architecture & design standards that maintain the overall compliance with security and quality of data integrity as well as ensure that customers’ privacy is governed correctly.
Drive a culture of accountability, communication, clarity, and collaboration (A3C) with specific focus on business value, return on investment, and cost management
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required, BS or BA degree in business, information systems, computer science or related field.
5+ years’ experience in development, configuration and support of SAP ISU (Billing and FICA)
5+ years of retail utility business &/or technology experience (e.g. SOA, Integration patterns/tools/methodologies, ERP, Infrastructure and security)
Understanding of SAP from business process, cross functional and integration perspective
Open mind to learn new technologies or tools as required
