Must-Have

In-depth knowledge of Oracle 10G / 11G

In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL from DBA and Programmers perspective including performance tuning.

Good working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Designing database packages and procedures.

Provision of support and assistance to development team in the design, development,

Reviewing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL code.

Creation and maintenance of SQL queries and routines

Writing ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge

Required to deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping,

Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of Oracle databases.

Ensures that data warehouse design is scalable and maintainable

Ensures that all deliverables are thoroughly documented

Envisage and resolve any potential issues pertaining to data base based on modification done to application code.
