- Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with Functional experience on three or more of the Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo.

- Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects.

- Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development, and testing

- Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

- Experience with MS Projects, Powerpoint and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally"
