JOB DETAIL

 

Detailed Job Description:
⦁    Collaborate and coordinate with Client manager on project / business priorities
⦁    Escalation management with Client manager
⦁    Support, collaborate and follow-up with another onsite lead on day-to-day issues
⦁    Work with the other onsite lead and be the Onsite Point of Contact for the Product (Business) teams, Production teams
⦁    Triage and Coordinate with Offshore mgmt. and offshore team and manage day-to-day issues progress
⦁    Work closely with other upstream / downstream impacted onsite client teams on dependencies for new requirements
⦁    Strong technical skills in hands-on Java Microservices development and maintenance
⦁    Analyze and Review Microservices enhancement requirements and discuss with Architecture team for solutioning (including offshore dev teams if needed)
⦁    Analyze any production issues during onsite hours part of the dev team (L3 & L4 Dev Support)
⦁    Coordinate with the onsite and offshore lead and offshore team on RCA for Production issues
⦁    Present daily, weekly and monthly status report for client manager & product team
⦁    Strong and effective Communication skills ability to write up issues and executive summaries that will go up to the VP level
⦁    Good understanding of Telecom with video experience or wireless experience (video wireless is less critical if they have strong development skills)
