·         Should have worked or ready to work an on-call rotation

·         Should have experience in handling team size of 4-6 including onshore/offshore model

·         Have created team performance reports.

·         Person should be able to handle and manage conference bridge.

·         Very Good Communication and soft skills including management of people.

·         Functional knowledge: WebServices (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CI/CD, Thread Management, Certificate management, Incident Management.

·         Support Tool:   Splunk, AppDynamics (or any similar Analytical tools they have worked to capture logs and performance), GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory

·         OS: Linux/Unix (must). Windows

·         Database: Oracle, SQL Server (Optional).
