·        Identify, design, implement, test, and support new features related to query performance improvement tuning.

·        Design indexing strategies, customize frameworks, prototypes, and reusable modules on-premise and in AWS Cloud

·        Implement the standard design patterns and work as part of Enterprise Data Architecture team to identify and establish new standards.

·        Execute IT data architecture initiatives required to support enterprise and IT data integration strategies

·        Prepare architect reports, monitoring the system, oversee and execute system migrations.

·        Work with databases, design Star Schema, Snow-flake Schema and create Fact and Dimensional Tables, Physical and Logical Data Modelling

·        Work with Database Administrators to migrate complex large-scale applications into test, acceptance, and production environments

·        Design table structures and define ETL strategy to build Data Solutions that are reliable and scalable in a fast-growing ecosystem

·        Strong understanding of Performance analysis, tuning and Optimization.

·        Must have experience in Global and Localization of the Data Management across regions in AWS Cloud 

You bring:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience

·        10+ years of experience with design, architecture and development of enterprise scale data platforms.

·        At least 5+ years’ experience in MongoDB , DB performance tuning, aggregation framework, and query profiling

·        Expert in MongoDB architectural knowledge for loading batch, delta, and data to MongoDB cluster

·        Understanding of layering Role-Based-Access-Control (RBAC) permissions onto a MongoDB on SQL/JSON data model.

·        Experience building a reusable MongoDB REST API framework to consume data from MongoDB

·        Strong hands-on experience with Python/Java/JavaScript/Shell scripting or similar programming languages

·        Have knowledge on best practices for MongoDB schema/collection design and how to design the best MongoDB schema for a given application

·        Must have demonstrated experience in working with other database and application developers to define database architecture.

·        Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
