· 8-10 years professional experience in SAP CRM/SOM.
· Good hands on knowledge in SAP SOM/CRM configurations. Product/pricing set up in SOM. Hands on experience in Master data set ups in BRIM(SOM).
· Must have knowledge in CRM & BRIM SOM area. Also having end to end knowledge of BRIM functional processes & data flow will be a plus.
· At least worked on 1-2 projects in BRIM SOM area.
· Ability to define customer requirements and perform fit / gap analysis to standard SAP SOM processes within the SAP BRIM solution
· In depth understanding of quote to cash processes for order management including: master data, solution quotes, orders, contracts and product modeling for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution.
· Strong experience in subscription order management (SOM) in the areas of provider orders, provider contracts, cross catalog mapping, master agreement, ODI etc.
· Having knowledge of master data including customer master, subscription products.
· Good to have if certification in BRIM & CRM.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, Good leadership skills.
· Work with technical team to deliver the solution and reporting project status to management
· Work with 3rd party vendor in the execution of content syndication programs
· Integrated content syndication program planning, execution, and reporting experience
· Candidates with prior Online Product Development & Management experience and strong functional background would be a plus.
· Must have academic knowledge and professional experience with: Good hands on knowledge in SAP SOM/CRM configurations. Product/pricing set up in SOM. Hands on experience in Master data set ups in BRIM(SOM)
· Effective Communication with Client Focus, Managing Change, Execution Excellence
· Must Have 8+ years of SAP SOM/CRM configuration
