Department: Information Technology

Reports To: Application Development Manager

Your Role: Partner with the business and technical staff to deliver solutions and improve functionality to facilitate

business opportunities using the Agile software development methodology.

• Demonstrate and apply software engineering skills in full stack development on a .net/C# web platform.

• Utilize independent problem-solving skills to drive solutions and lead efforts in production support

• Integrate purchased applications and maintain existing software

• Participate in activities related to agile software development methodologies

• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures

• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and

Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap

• Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Role Specifics:

• Schedule – Some nights and weekends with on call availability to support business needs

• Travel – Occasional overnight travel to internal and industry events. Must have ability to travel

independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train

 

We Need You To Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field,

or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of proven development software

experience in the following:

o Microsoft: C#, .Net full stack development

o .NET Core web framework

o HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON

o Microservice architecture

o JavaScript Frameworks including REACT

o Azure DevOps

 

We’d Like You To Have:

• Experience with one or more:

o Visual Studio

o IIS Web Server

o Postman

• Experience in Agile development environments

• Experience with Jira
