JOB DETAIL

Must Have:

  • SAP CRM / CS process knowledge with SAP SD also.
  • Integration with Different systems will be added advantage.
  • ECC and CRM Middleware Knowledge.
  • Good communication.
  • Rollout / Implementation experience.

 

Good to Have:

  • SAP CS Solution knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong Functional skills within SAP CS (ECC) and CRM Service area.
  • Provide standard/near-standard Functional or domain process solution.
  • Client and CoE communication to gather requirements or analyze an issue.
  • Work independently, Follow standard template approach in suctioning.
  • Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in case of integration issues.
